At American Fine Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible beauty products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the product in its original packaging, ensuring the bottle is secure to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
